Half Fold | Also known as the bifold brochure, this fold offers two larger panels per side. This is a great option for displaying large images or longer blocks of text. |

Tri-Fold | The tri fold brochure is a classic, and for good reason. It offers three organized panels per side. The two outer panels open outward to display the content inside. |

Q: Are the listed brochure sizes showing folded or unfolded?
All the sizes on our calculator are showing unfolded dimensions. For example, if you want bifold brochures with a folded measurement of 6x9, select the unfolded size of 12x9.
Q: What brochure size should I choose for my project?
This largely depends on the industry. Most businesses, including services, medical, real estate, and non-profits use standard brochure sizes from 5.5x8.5 to 8.5x14. The larger brochure sizes from 11x17 and up are often used for image-heavy projects or heavily detailed content like a map. These larger brochures are great for theme parks, schools, resorts, and hotels.
Q: Can I put text over my brochure folding lines?
We do not recommend putting text or any crucial elements over folding lines, as the creases will make text hard to read. Keep all important logos, text, etc. within the “safe” lines on the brochure design template.
