Why is there no Aqueous Coating option?

In the past we have used “aqueous coating” (AQ) as a method to dry and enhance the conventional printing inks. With the latest innovation in the LED-UV curing process, this is no longer needed.

LED-UV uses a much brighter vivid ink set where the final result looks very similar to AQ.  So Aqueous has been replaced with LED-UV Curing and no is no longer an option in our online calculator.   Because we understand this may be concerning to some, as most changes are, we have added UV Gloss as an option to gloss text and gloss cover products.

What is the status of my job?

First we need to "find" your job information. To do this simply select "JOB STATUS" from the main menu. Then type in some of the mainline in the box (filter) under the "Job Mainline" header. Alternatively you can use the other filter fields. This will help you find the job that you are interested in.

When you find your job, the "Job Status" column will tell you what the current status is.

When is my job going to be ready?

There are many factors that determine how long it takes to produce a job. The Online Calculator will calculate the date when we expect the job to done and this will displayed when ordering as well as on the "Job Status" page. That date does not include any shipping time.

Find your job information by selecting "JOB STATUS" from the main menu. Then type in some of the mainline in the box (filter) under the "Job Mainline" header. Alternatively you can use the other filter fields.

When you find your job, the "Estimated Due Date" column will tell you what the expected date is.

I can't find the tracking number to my job.

Not all jobs that ship will have automated tracking numbers. For those that do, you can select "JOB STATUS" from the main menu. Then type in some of the mainline in the box (filter) under the "Job Mainline" header. Alternatively you can use the other filter fields. This will help you find the job that you are interested in. When you find your job, the "Job Status" column will have a link with the UPS Tracking Number.

Has my job shipped?

The "Job Status" column in the "JOB STATUS" page will display "Shipped / Completed" if your job has shipped. You can use the box (filter) under the "Job Mainline" header and/or the other filter fields to search for the specific job you are interested in.
